We are pretty simple people, so hopefully our shipping policy is pretty simple too.

 

For one off orders (Tin or Large Jar Candle) we will pack and send your candle the next business day. For our subscription candles, we will send out all subscription candles on the 4th of every month. Being a business, we may have issues with suppliers and outside forces that not even Yoda can predict, so in the event that there is a delay in your order, we will email you ASAP and give you the option to wait until we can resolve the issue, or we can return your money.

 

All orders will be shipped with Australia Post or Fastways and will require a signature on delivery. We don’t want your next door neighbour scoring your beautiful new candle so we put this measure in place.
